After going to get your grandma her medicine, you realize that you do not have enough money. But the seller is ready to cut you a deal. You agree without actually knowing what that deal actually is. Eventually you decide to get a job at a sleazy club where you can earn extra if you get a bit slutty. Despite earning money, you still end up without enough to buy medicine… so you go back to the seller to pick up the arrangement.
